WHAT TO EXPECT

It’s natural to feel nervous if this is your first time receiving an acupuncture treatment. To put you at ease during your first visit, Becca will explain the process in detail and let you know what to expect. There are different sensations that can occur depending on the needle insertion site including a dull ache, muscle twitch or a tingling sensation. All of these are normal and a good sign that the needle is having a positive effect. If you have any reservations, you can reach out to Becca and she will happily take the time to answer any of your questions.
